We assisted the team led by Linkcity in developing an attractive proposal and written pitch for the future Ardoines station in Vitry-sur-Seine, located 10 km south of Paris. Our project won the competition "Inventons la métropole du Grand Paris" (Inventing the Greater Paris Metropolis), the largest urban planning and development competition in Europe.

The 22 000 sqm of industrial halls will be redeveloped into a mixed metropolitan hub with a focus on the intersection between technology and creativity, a monumental event space, a VR & gaming corner, innovative office spaces, retail and restaurants.
